Many things have changed since Lawncare out the back of a 1978 Olds Delta 88. A love for outdoors soon turned into a passion for outdoor service. Investing in education and learning valuable lessons from successes and mistakes have helped LLG evolve into a growing multi-faceted company. As LLG enters the next stage of business, we will build on a solid foundation to satisfy our mission and maintain a culture that respects our humble roots.

The vision and mission of LLG is to provide valuable outdoor service, while engaging in positive working relationships. We train to be confident and responsible team members who are respectful to the clients we serve, through timely and cordial communication. LLG strides to be an industry leader through on-going education, as well as the creation and revision of elite business practices.

Our culture permits growth and change with respect to our current clients. LLG grows at a pace to allow for proficiency in service and installations for existing and new clients. We maintain a positive team-member atmosphere with confident, achieving, and responsible individuals who support our vision and mission. Our positive environment promotes achievement and satisfaction in work while maintaining pleasant co-worker relationships. LLG utilizes a series of systems to track performance and efficiencies of our operation to prove industry leadership and to bring the best value for a client’s investment.

The needs and wants of our clients are handled cordially and timely by respectful team members. Clients of LLG are genuinely appreciated and are encouraged to enter in a positive and lasting relationship with us. We promote a memorable outdoor service experience with all of our clients and are grateful to those who refer us to others. We have developed relationships with suppliers in our industry that allow us to provide the best materials for enhancing properties. We participate in industry organizations and maintain appropriate certificates, licenses and insurances that bring credibility and enrichment to our organization.

We take part in volunteer opportunities in the local communities which we serve to show thanks for our good fortune and express our genuine interest in the beautification of outdoor spaces.
